Production time for orders under 5,000 buttons is usually about 1 week plus shipping time. Shipping time is generally 3-5 business days.

We accept .ai, .eps, .pdf, .psd, .tif, .gif, .png, and jpg. If submitting an .ai or .psd file, be sure to convert all text to outlines (or Rasterize text in Photoshop) and include any linked files. We recommend using one of our templates, downloadable HERE. If submitting images without using a template, we recommend the images be be at least 300dpi resolution at the size they’re to be printed. Email us if you have any questions and we’ll be glad to help.
We don’t offer any design services at this time. We currently are focused on the production side of things.
You can place multiple items in the shopping cart for your order. Just place each button design as an individual item in your shopping cart. For example, if you want to order 200 buttons with 2 designs, you would enter each design as a separate item in your shopping cart - the first design as an item of 100 qty and the second design as another item for 100 qty.
Standard finish buttons are produced on high-quality white paper with a clear glossy layer to make your buttons bright and shiny. These are the most common and popular type of finish. Metallic buttons are printed on a clear mylar film. The transparency of the mylar film allows the metal of the button to shine through your design, giving it a metallic look. Any white areas in your design will appear as silver on the button. Metallic buttons make your design appear slightly darker, as the metallic background is darker than the opaque white background of paper used in our standard finish.
Rim text is the small text that appears on the side edge of the button. This is often used to include a website url, social media tag or copyright info.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
You will get an email with tracking info when your order ships. Most packages will be shipped via USPS or FedEx.
No, you do not need a PayPal account to purchase. We use PayPal as our payment processor, but you’ll be given the option to pay by credit card, bank account or PayPal funds when you get to the payment window. You will see our parent company Rockin’ Stickers listed as the seller on the payment page and your billing statements.
All orders are a custom product and therefore, we’re not able to offer returns or refunds unless we’ve made a mistake with your order. We’ll do our best to ensure that your order is made correctly and to your specs. You are responsible for submitting the correct files for your buttons. To avoid any potential issues with your files, we suggest using our templates found here.
